· a filled out application. There is a new Electronic Visa Application available online at http://evisa.kdmid.ru.
To get your tourist confirmation # and instructions on visa application click here Attention! When filling out new Electronic Visa Application Form, in the field for “visa issuing offices” please choose both: Russian Consulate in New York AND Russian Embassy in Washington
· one passport size photo (2" x 2")
· a prepaid FedEx airbill, if you want your visa mailed to you
· a check for the amount specified below, depending on visa type
